Privacy — FreakyJolly Fireworks Creator

Updated 11 October 2026. This notice covers the FreakyJolly fireworks creator.

Your creations

We process the name or message, colour, font and video you choose to create your personalised MP4. The message and video can be seen by anyone who has the creation link. Do not include private or sensitive information. Your preferences may be saved in your browser so you can return to them.

Reel links and requests

We use the reel link to verify the page owner and obtain the source video. Scene requests, including any optional email address, are stored privately for review and a possible reply. We do not display that email on public creations.

Storage and security

Creations and downloaded source videos are stored on our rendering system. Hosting is best-effort; files may be removed as storage fills. Please download your own copy. Requests are kept until reviewed and may be kept for follow-up. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive requests. Our hosting and network providers may retain security logs.

Advertising and analytics

Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technology to show, measure and personalise ads, subject to the choices available in your region. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Where required, Google’s consent message manages advertising choices. Optional Google Analytics is enabled only after your consent using our analytics controls. We track actions such as moving between steps, loading a reel and selecting download; we do not send your name/message, email or reel URL as analytics event parameters.

Your choices and contact

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change analytics settings or reopen available advertising choices. To request deletion, email happyspoonapps@gmail.com and include the creation or request reference. You can also clear locally saved preferences through your browser settings.
